National correspondent Heidi Zhou-Castro along with photojournalist Juan Renteria spent a day with Great Plains Restoration Council’s Restoration Not Incarceration™ crew on The Nature Conservancy’s Texas City Prairie Preserve, which protects some of the last coastal prairie on the Gulf of Mexico.
